This is a blend for Acne vulgaris. It contains Nettle, Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria), Chamomile (Chamomilla recutita) and Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium) all of which are useful herbs to cleanse the pores and then tighten them up.

Clear Skin Face Tea for Acne

  • 1 part Nettle

  • 1 part Chamomile

  • 1 part Agrimony

  • 1 part Yarrow

To use the wash, you make it up in the same way as any tea, 1tsp in a teabag and steep in a cup of hot water until cool enough to use. Then, using individual cotton pads soaked in the tea, wipe over the face. Do this daily, but if the skin starts to feel too tight or dry, cut back to every other day.

NB: Please do a patch test before using on the face, just to make sure that there is no allergic reaction. I would suggest trying it on the inner arm and waiting 24 hours to make sure.
